Studio Policies and What to Expect

Preparation for your appointment

• If possible, allow yourself downtime post massage to reap the full benefits of your massage.
• Please turn off your cell phones and pagers upon entering the studio.
• Please avoid wearing strongly-scented body products.
• Please refrain from using alcohol or drugs prior to your massage appointment.
• Please do not schedule a massage if you have an acute or contagious illness. Including any symptoms whatsoever of Cold, flu, or Covid-19.  You will not be charged if you have any symptoms of Covid and need to cancel.

Insurance

 I do not bill insurance.     I am more than happy to provide a receipt for your services including necessary information for you to get reimbursed.

Payment

I prefer cash or checks. Other forms of payment include Apple Pay,  Venmo, and Paypal.

Client - Therapist Relationship

Our massage practice is strictly therapeutic and our relationship with clients is strictly professional. Sexual ,or anything we deem an inappropriate behavior, will not be tolerated. The session will be immediately terminated and charged in full if this policy is violated.

Cancellation

Our time together is important. If you must cancel your appointment and it is not an emergency, please give at least 12 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged full price. 

Arriving Late

If you arrive late for an appointment, the remaining time will be used to its best advantage.
