Location and signing up for your appointment
My office is located on the second floor of a beautifully renovated vintage building. Please note that there is no elevator, and you will need to use the staircase with a handrail to reach my office.
There are multiple parking lots in the area, as well as on-street parking stalls. You can park for free for up to two hours.

Online Paperwork and consent forms
When you schedule with us, you agree to complete all intake forms and consent waivers. These forms must be filled out ahead of time. If you do not receive them please notify us.
24 hours is required for Cancellations of your reserved time/ and if you NO SHOW
I value our time together and want to ensure a smooth experience for all my clients.
I uphold a strict 24-hour cancellation and No Show policy.
Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reserved appointment time will result in a full session charge. This is due to the limited opportunity to fill that time slot with another client and its your reserved time and only yours. If a late cancellation charge is incurred, payment will be required prior to your next appointment.
If you DO NOT SHOW UP for your reserved appointment without prior notice, you will still be responsible for the session fee. This is because your appointment time could not be offered to another client. As outlined in the intake form you agreed to upon booking, your card on file will be charged accordingly.
Payment
Payment is due at time of service and credit card on file is required to be seen at Mandala Bodyworks. Other forms of payment include Cards, HSA/FSA, and digital platforms like Square, Venmo, Apple Pay and Moda Health. Cash is acceptable but we ask that you have exact change.
The Therapeutic Relationship and No Tolerance Policy
Mandala Bodyworks maintains a strictly professional and therapeutic environment. Any behavior that is sexual in nature, or that we deem inappropriate or uncomfortable, will not be tolerated. If this policy is violated, the session will be terminated immediately and charged in full. Additionally, you will be banned from scheduling future appointments at Mandala Bodyworks.
Arriving Late
If you arrive late for an appointment, the remaining time will be used to its best advantage. I do not go over to make up your time. If you are more than 20 minutes late your session will likely be rescheduled.
