Therapeutic Massage Cpt 97140 time of service
This work is designed for severe and chronic tension. Therapeutic massage is a description for a broad term used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. In this session we blend trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, deep tissue, Swedish and myofascial release.
These prices are for Time Of Service, they are not billable and must be paid on the same day after your service.

Medical Massage CPT 97140 Time of Service
Myoskeletal alignment technique is a specialty type of bodywork which blends the principles of osteopathy and structural integration to relieve chronic pain. This technique is used to treat specific areas of the body experiencing pain or injury by looking at postural patterns that may be contributing to your pain. This is not a full body massage. Please wear comfortable clothing as this style of treatment does not require you to undress. This work typically requires an order from a referring provider.

Copays are due at time of service- We will bill for 12 session annually.
This massage is a blend Myoskeletal alignment technique and deep tissue for chronic pain relief. This technique is used to treat specific areas of the body experiencing pain or injury by looking at postural patterns that may be contributing to your pain and assessing cause and recommendations. This work may require an order from a referring provider or an authorization after your inital evaluation.
Motor Vehicle Massage CPT 97214
We treat injuries from motor vehicle accidents (MVA) and motorcycle accidents. You MUST have an open insurance claim with remaining benefits and doctor referral for massage. Your Auto Personal Injury Protection (PIP) may pay all or part of the charges. You are responsible for paying any unpaid balance due. Treatment is applied ONLY to those areas of the body that your doctor lists in their referral and only for the symptoms of your accident.
